Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one active xcashop account. We enforce this rule to prevent bonus abuse and comply with anti-money-laundering law. If you already have an account, use that one instead of registering again. If you forgot your username, use the password reset link on the login page. If you believe your account was closed unfairly, contact xcashop support with your email and ID. Multiple accounts linked to the same ID, payment method, or device may be suspended without notice.

Account opening takes four steps: (1) Register with your email, password, username, and mobile number; (2) verify your email by clicking the link we send; (3) upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (passport, national identity card, or driver license) and a selfie holding that ID; (4) wait for xcashop to verify your documents, typically within hours during business hours. Once approved, you may deposit and access football betting (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League), live-dealer tables, slots, and esports markets. Verification may take longer during peak periods such as Piala AFF tournaments or Idul Adha holidays.

Payments and transactions

Deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet carry no xcashop fee — you pay only your bank's or e-wallet provider's standard transfer charge, if any. Deposits via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual accounts are fee-free. Withdrawals to your registered bank account or e-wallet carry a small processing fee that we deduct from your withdrawal amount before the transfer; the exact fee depends on your chosen method. Minimum deposit is a small amount (check your xcashop account for the exact figure in your region); maximum per deposit is set to prevent problem gambling and comply with regulation. You may make multiple deposits per day as long as your total balance does not exceed our account limit. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are shown on the withdrawal page. We offer a weekly cashback on certain bet types to reward active users. Cashback is calculated based on your net weekly loss (total wagered minus winnings) in eligible game categories. Cashback is credited to your account automatically each Monday morning and may be withdrawn or wagered immediately.
